The Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) / Therapy Dog training class at Wilkes-Barre Dog Training Club, back of 320 Lee Park Ave., Hanover Twp., Announced its recent graduates. Handlers and their dogs have learned the steps necessary to acquire a CGC designation and obtain a therapy dog certificate.
