SMTA Virtual Program Announced for ICEHET
The SMTA is pleased to announce that the International Conference on Electronic Hardware Enabling Technologies (ICEHET) is scheduled for June 2-3, 2021 as an express virtual event.
The program will include presentations on hot topics and challenges involving electronic materials, components, assembly and product reliability that have become essential in many aspects of modern life. Presentations last 20-30 minutes, with time allocated for a live Q&A session with each speaker.
Directors from four industry consortia will discuss current research efforts throughout the conference. The International Electronics Manufacturing Initiative (iNEMI), the High Density Packaging User Group (HDPUG), the MiQro Innovation Collaborative Center (C2MI) and the Advanced Research in Electronics Assembly (AREA) Consortium will be represented.
