Industry Expansion Program with Traction on Demand to support technology industry skills training for 100 new positions: Reyes

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, September 28, 2021– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Traction on Demand (ToD), a high-growth Canadian technology and consulting company, has selected Winnipeg as the next location for one of its regional offices and will receive support on training from the Government of Manitoba, from the Minister of Economic Development and Jobs, Jon Reyes announced today.

The Government of Manitoba is investing $ 520,000 over the next two years as part of the Industry Expansion Program with Traction on Demand to provide job training to 100 net new hires who will be employed at the new regional office of the company, which will open in 2022. In accordance with ToD’s diversity and inclusion objectives, hires will be representative of the local population.
