The program, titled “Salesforce Commerce Cloud Bootcamp Training”, offers a program that enhances the skill set of select new CQL developers and provides them with highly specialized technical know-how in SFCC development. The SFCC Bootcamp training program marks a huge shift in how CQL grows our Salesforce Commerce Cloud team. CQL is actively blazing a new trail for developers by investing in their career growth and building skills in the SFCC e-commerce ecosystem.

CQL, whose esteemed SFCC client list includes PetSmart, Wolverine Worldwide, elf Cosmetics, Paula’s Choice, Woodland Direct, Costa Del Mar, Coldwater Creek, Shoe Show and Lighting New York, has doubled its SFCC business over the past 2 years, and is now investing $250,000 to create and launch its new training program.

The initial SFCC Bootcamp will target up to six developers who will participate in a rigorous 8-week paid training program with the goal of achieving SFCC certification. Additionally, all SFCC Bootcamp graduates will benefit from ongoing coaching and ongoing training with CQL Team Leaders.

“This Bootcamp SFCC training program marks a step change in how CQL grows our Salesforce Commerce Cloud team. Instead of only fighting this tight job market in search of developers who understand the uniqueness of the SFCC platform, CQL is aggressively opening a new path for developers by investing in their career growth and enabling them to acquire skills in the SFCC e-commerce ecosystem. CQL’s Bootcamp SFCC program not only shows our commitment to helping our team members grow their knowledge in the e-commerce space, it also demonstrates our commitment to this platform and strategically positions CQL for future growth” , said Mark Lardieri, CEO of CQL.

Since 2018, CQL’s experienced SFCC team has completed over 135,000 hours of e-commerce related work for clients on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. “CQL is proud of the expertise of its staff, the opportunities for advancement for its team and the continuous training in a truly collaborative culture. We look forward to the positive impact this investment will have on our team, our customers, and our expanding partnership with Salesforce,” says Lardieri.

CQL’s SFCC Bootcamp training is now accepting applications. Candidates can be new college graduates or experienced developers, must be willing to learn e-commerce, have basic web development experience, enjoy backend programming, and be happy building integrations.
